My name is Erica and I am a wedding videographer in the Algarve region. Since 2017 I have been exploring and learning from this industry. Over the years I have been establishing myself in the wedding world and have worked hard to position my brand in higher-end market sectors.
I am proud of everything I have built from scratch. All the people who are and have been part of my journey as an entrepreneur and professional, and I live every day with the ambition and dream of creating much more, delivering much more, and growing much more!

Entrepreneurship and Weddings
These are my passions.
Ever since I was little, I've dreamed big. I've always been very ambitious, and I quickly discovered that working for others would never be my lifestyle. I consider working for others to have been fundamental at the beginning of my professional life, as that's how I developed emotional intelligence and some sales skills. But, at a certain point, I stopped being happy.
Life, ever wise, did everything to make me feel uncomfortable. And whenever I wasn't happy, I knew it was another sign that it was time to climb another step.
I photographed my first wedding in 2017. At the time, I wasn't charging anything, I had zero experience, and I was using cameras borrowed from school (supposedly for school-related projects). I think nobody will ever know that those cameras, used by high school kids, were also used to film weddings, and that sparked something in me.

Ambitious person
As I've always been very ambitious, I've spent many hours of my life studying the lives of successful entrepreneurs, never tiring of watching videos about mindset, business, case studies, and topics related to success in general.
When life seemed stagnant, I knew something had to change. And I never tired of searching for answers and testing various theories.
My life has undoubtedly been one full of learning, personal and professional growth, and at the same time, a full and balanced life between work and leisure.
The team
Mariana joined the team in 2025. We're cousins, and I presented her with the challenge of being my right-hand woman within the company. She loved the idea and has already participated in more than 20 weddings since then. Our goal is to deliver a premium service to our clients, and for that, me doing everything alone was out of the question. Even though I am the head of the brand, it's clear that two people can deliver much more value than just one.
Mariana is also passionate about this industry, and her learning process is faster than mine was because she has the opportunity to learn from someone who has already been through a lot. I know the values I want to pass on to her, and I also know the goals I have set for EPSENSES, and I know that she adds a lot of value to this team and its growth.
