Do you offer photography services or just video services?
We only offer video services.
How many videographers will be present on the wedding day?
The core team consists of two videographers . However, more professionals can be added to the team depending on the size of the event.
How many hours of the wedding does the coverage include?
We don't charge by the hour on the wedding day. We accompany the couple throughout the day until midnight; after that time, extra hours are charged.
Do you film the bride and groom's preparations?
Yes, we recorded it.
What happens if it rains on the wedding day?
It depends on the amount of rain. If it's light rain, our equipment is ready to work normally. If it's heavy rain, the team will have to find a better way to continue filming the event.

Do you offer different packages?
We offer a basic package and extra services that can be added to the basic package.
How does payment work?
If you like our services and wish to proceed with booking the date, you will need to pay a deposit. The remaining amount will only be paid one week before the wedding. However, we give our couples the option to make the final payment on the wedding day if that is more convenient for them.
How long does it take to deliver the final work?
The maximum time for delivering the final project is 6 months. But here's a little secret: we've never taken more than 4 months to deliver a wedding.
How do you deliver the final work?
The videos are delivered through an online platform where the couple can download the films in the highest quality. It's quite easy to share the videos with family or friends; simply send them the access link.
Can we choose the music for the videos?
Normally, we choose the music for the videos ourselves. However, if you want us to use specific songs, we will take your choice into account and find the best way to incorporate the music into your videos.

Are the videos cinematic or documentary style?
Our style is more emotional and cinematic, accompanied by storytelling that allows us to connect with the couple's story and feel what they experienced on that very special day.
Do you offer short videos for social media?
Yes, we offer it; it's one of the extra services that can be added to the base package.
How far in advance should we book the date?
As soon as possible. We are currently accepting reservations up to 2 years in advance.
What happens if we need to change the wedding date?
If something happens and the wedding date needs to be changed, we will make the change at no extra cost to the couple.
How does the booking process (deposit, contract) work?
After payment of the deposit/down payment to reserve the date, both parties will sign a contract that explicitly states all the conditions of the service provided and also informs that a down payment has been made. This contract aims to protect both parties, clients and service providers.
