Do you offer only video, or also photography?
We only offer video services.
How many videographers will be present on the wedding day?
The main video team is composed of 2 videographers. But you can ask for more, depending on the dimension of the event.
How many hours do you cover on the wedding day?
We don’t charge per hours on the wedding day. We accompany the couple throughout the entire day until midnight, and after that time we charge extra hours.
Do you film the preparations at the bride’s and groom’s houses?
Yes, we do.
Do you use drone for aerial shots?
Yes, we do.
What happens if it rains or the weather is not ideal for filming?
It depends on the amount of rain. If it’s light drizzle, our equipment works normally, as it’s prepared for that. If it’s heavier rain, all the staff will have to find a better way to move forward with the event.
Do you work only in the Algarve or all over Portugal?
We work all over the country, and worldwide as well, charging accordingly, of course.
Pricing & Packages
Do you offer different packages?
We offer one pack, and extra services that you can add to the basic pack.
How is the payment structured?
If you would like to move forward with hiring our services for your wedding, you will need to pay a deposit to secure the date. The remaining balance is only paid one week before the wedding. However, you can also choose to pay the remainder on the wedding day if you prefer.
Final Delivery
How long does it take to receive the final videos?
The maximum delivery time for receiving your wonderful videos is 6 months. But here’s a little secret: we’ve never taken more than 4 months to deliver a wedding.
How do you deliver the video (USB drive, online link, personalized box)?
The videos are delivered through an online platform that allows you to download them in the highest quality. So, it´s very easy to view or share them with family and friends. You just need to share the link. You can take a look:
Can I choose the music for the films?
Usually, we choose the music for the films ourselves. But if you would like us to use specific songs, we will of course take that into account and find the best way to incorporate them into your films.
Is the video more cinematic or documentary-style?​
Our style is more cinematic and emotional, accompanied by storytelling that makes it feel like a movie telling a story.
Do you provide short versions for social media?
Yes, we do. It’s part of our additional services.
Booking & Logistics
How far in advance should we book?
As soon as possible. We receive inquiries up to 2 years in advance.
What happens if we need to change the date?
If something happens and the wedding date needs to be changed, we make the adjustment with no additional costs.
How does the booking process work (deposit, contract)?
After paying the deposit in order to book the date, both parties will sign a contract with all the info about the services that will be provided and the confirmation of the deposit payment. This contract aims to protect both parties, clients and service providers.
Do you film more than one wedding per day?
No, we don´t.
